Dr. Manya Kenney

PT, DPT

Dr. Manya Kenney earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Carolina in 2018. She has continued post graduate training in dry needling through the Manual Physical Therapy Alliance, Lumbar spine management through the Institute of Clinical Excellence, and specialized training for Parkinson’s Disease. She is LSVT BIG certified for the treatment of patients with Parkinson’s through LSVT Global. She also has knowledge and experience treating high level gymnasts and cheerleaders due to her extensive gymnastics background.

Dr. Kenney grew up competing in gymnastics and specializes in the treatment of gymnasts and cheerleaders. She has taken continuing education classes in this field as well. She has also designed a movement screen to assess specific movement patterns catered to high level gymnasts. Through skilled manual interventions, movement assessments, and exercise prescription she is able to help her patients achieve higher.
