About Us

Who We Help

Ascent Total Performance is for those who are seeking a higher level of care than the standard. Whether it’s the athlete that wants to return to their sport as fast as possible, or the active adult who wants to do the things they love without pain or difficulty, our patients seek to Achieve Higher levels of health and function through our unique approach to care!

What Makes Us Different?

Ascent Total Performance was founded by Dr. James (Jim) Floyd on the premise that there’s a better way to help people improve their lives. Patients too often have a healthcare experience where they don’t feel listened to, their specific individualized needs and goals are not addressed, and they generally become a “part of the system” instead of being treated on a personal level.

At Ascent, our mission is to be the opposite of that!

We believe that everyone has the right to and should receive caring, expert-level, and personalized care that specifically addresses your specific needs. Our solely one on one approach to care by a Doctor of Physical Therapy enables us to be laser focused on performing a thorough assessment, determining the root cause of the issue, and partnering with you to guide you through the journey of getting better and returning to the life and activities you love!

Meet Our Team

Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are committed and passionate about providing the best experience and care possible for our patients. We LOVE serving our patients and community and that guides us in everything we do!
